Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Algoo, a social intelligence and creative-operations service operated by Xscade.

1. Using Algoo

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use Algoo only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your users have authority to access the workspace.

2. Connected accounts

You may connect only social accounts, Pages, profiles and channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize Algoo to access and act on connected accounts only within the permissions you approve and the actions you request. Your use of each social platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies.

3. Content and instructions

You retain ownership of content and materials you provide. You grant Xscade the limited rights needed to store, process, edit and transmit those materials to provide Algoo. You are responsible for ensuring your content, instructions and publishing activity do not infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law or platform rules.

4. AI-assisted features

AI-generated ideas, scripts and recommendations are provided as assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is used or published.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Algoo reliable, but integrations depend on third-party platforms and may change, become unavailable or require renewed authorization. We may improve, change or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects an active paid service.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Algoo and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse or address a material violation of these terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Algoo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Xscade is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes or actions outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Xscade will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
