Disconnect a connected social account

1. Open the Algoo mobile application and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Social accounts.
3. On the connected Instagram, Facebook or YouTube account, open the account menu (⋮).
4. Choose Disconnect and confirm.

Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored authorization credentials for that account, together with the performance history and publishing history Algoo held for it, and stops Algoo from making any further requests to the platform. You may also revoke Algoo directly from the connected platform’s application or business-integration settings — on Facebook under Settings → Business integrations, and on Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.

Delete your account inside the app

1. Open Algoo and sign in to the account you want deleted.
2. Open Settings → Privacy and support → Delete account.
3. Review the consequences, type DELETE, and choose Request permanent deletion.
4. Keep the request number and due date shown on the confirmation screen.

The request applies to the signed-in account, even if you are viewing another person’s workspace. The confirmation acknowledges a request; it does not mean deletion has already finished. Signing in again does not cancel the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email hello@algoo.app from the email address associated with your Algoo account. Use the subject “Algoo data deletion request” and include your name and organization or workspace name.

We will acknowledge your request, verify your authority, and permanently delete your account and associated personal data, including your profile, owned workspace content, uploaded media, connected-social information and stored authorization credentials. Shared business records may be anonymized. Limited transaction records required for tax or accounting and necessary security or dispute records may be retained for the applicable required period. We will explain any exception that applies to your request. You may also request deletion of particular personal data without deleting the entire account.

What happens next

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will notify you when the request is completed or if we need additional information. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being securely overwritten.
